Mark came to Darby Community Church as the youth minister in 2011. In 2014 he was ordained to the pastoral ministry, in 2018 he became the teaching pastor, and in January 2025 he became the lead pastor.
Mark has been involved in ministry since he was seventeen years old. He served several years as a Volunteer Chaplain at the Pasco Juvenile Detention Center. He received his Masters of Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Mark also teaches at Darby Christian Academy, guest lectures in the CLD program with Spurgeon College, and is an Adjust Instructor in Religion with Pasco-Hernando State College.
Mark and his wife, Trina, have been married since 2012. Trina is a co-founder and teacher at Darby Christian Academy, and also serves as the church's administrator. Mark and Trina have been blessed with four children. They both enjoy reading, writing, coffee, and long conversations. In another lifetime (i.e. before having kids) they co-wrote, directed, and acted in three plays with A Passion for Jesus Ministries.

Caleb has been leading worship at Darby Community Church since 2015. He is a self-taught musician who has been doing music in churches for nearly his entire life. He has a Certificate in Worship Leadership through the Ministry Training Institute of Stamford University. Caleb regularly plays at local events like Church Street Christmas, and he spent several years leading worship for WIT Ministries. He has taught music/sound classes at Darby Christian Academy, and he is an event DJ with an expertise in music and audio.
